Bibi Ladipo-Ajayi is the Founder and CEO of MyNOW Precision Therapy & Wellness PLLC. She graduated from Texas Southern University with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in May, 2010 and has worked in various capacities at Med Communications, Memphis, TN since then. She is currently the Associate Director of Scientific Content Development & Review.

In May 2021, Bibi obtained a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree from The King’s University in Southlake, TX. She is an LPC-Associate, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Certified IASIS (Micro Current Neurofeedback) Practitioner.

She specializes in helping youth, adults, seniors, and veterans overcome trauma, substance use disorders and addictions, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, insomnia, and relationship/family conflicts. Bibi is also a Life Transitions Coach, Marriage Coach, and Trainer

As a Neuro Change Practitioner, Bibi is passionate about helping clients with the mindset renewal process and necessary mental, emotional, and spiritual shifts to break out of chronic dysfunctional and toxic cycles. 

As a passionate servant leader, Bibi is actively engaged in serving her community both locally and globally. She currently serves on the ethics committee of Mosaics of Mercy, a mental health access and advocacy organization in the North Houston Area. She is also an executive board member of The Kaleyewa Elder Care Foundation, promoting dignified aging and enhancing the wellbeing of Senior citizens in Nigeria. 

Bibi lives with her wonderful husband and their 3 beautiful blessings in North Houston, Texas.
