Bibi Ladipo-Ajayi is the Founder and CEO of MyNOW Precision Therapy & Wellness PLLC. She graduated from Texas Southern University with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in May, 2010 and in May 2012, completed a pharmaceutical industry drug information fellowship at Med Communications in, Memphis TN.
She later joined Med Communications staff and is the Senior Medical Information Manager of the Scientific Content Development and Review Department serving as an executive client liaison, overseeing multiple client teams.
Bibi returned to graduate school at The King’s University in Southlake TX in 2016, and obtained a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree in May 2021. She currently serves as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Christie Farris, LPC-S, LMFT-S and Richard Alford, MS, LPC-S.
She provides therapeutic services to clients across the age-span, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in trauma healing, substance abuse/addiction recovery, intimate partner violence, abuse, grief, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, PTSD, family conflict, marital issues, and stress.
Bibi is a Neuro Change Practitioner, passionate about helping clients engage in the mindset renewal process and shifts that are needed to transition out of chronic oppressive situations and a victim mindset.
She is also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional committed to equipping her clients with preventative and precision healthcare tools that eliminate the trial-and-error cycle of treatments in traditional healthcare settings.
